Music & SpeechesThe CeremonyOne of the most important aspects of any wedding is the ceremony itself. Where your family and guests come together to be witness to an unforgettable and truly memorable occasion. We offer various packages where we can supply music at your ceremony. We can play background music of your choice as the guests arrive. Then once ready for the walk down the isle, we can cue your choice of song exactly. After the ceremony we can play more background music whilst signing the marriage register, followed by your choice of song as you walk back up the aisle, hand in hand as a married couple. We can coordinate with the Registrar and any photographer / videoographer to make sure our discreet PA system will not feature in any of your photographs or videos. The Wedding BreakfastOnce the ceremony is finished and you have finished your photographs its time to sit down for your Wedding breakfast. We can play soft background music during your wedding breakfast. The background music can be selected in advance by the bride & groom. Clients can also supply a playlist of background music via an Ipod for us to play. We offer two options of background music. A manned set up or an un-manned set up. We will set all necessary equipment up at your venue in the morning. If selecting the manned version we will be on site all day and will monitor and play your selected background music. If selecting the un-manned version we will require background music supplied on an Ipod by the client. We will connect this up to our equipment and show the venue staff how to operate it. We will then return later ready for the evening reception. SpeechesWe can supply radio microphones and stands for your speeches and if you have a master of ceremonies, we can supply them with the use of a microphone for announcements. We can also link any audio into any video equipment so you can record your speeches with any videoogapher. The Evening ReceptionWe understand that our clients taste in music will vary and fully understand how important the music is for any wedding or event. We allow our clients to have as much input into their music choices as they require. Some clients make a few requests and suggestions. Some give us a full play list. We are also happy to take on the spot request from your guests as well as long as it is ok with the client. You can send us your music play lists up to 21 days before your event. You can also use our online music planning facility 24/7 to organise your music and make requests. You can also state any song you do not wish to be played for whatever reason. We will play music at a volume to suit you. If it's too loud or too quiet, we are more than happy to adjust the volume at any time as long as it meets with venue legislations.
