Early Set Up

We offer an early set up service to all our clients, with any of our event products and services.
We will liaise with your chosen venue and arrange an early set up time. This is extremely useful and beneficial to wedding events.
We can arrive on site in the morning. Set up the relevant event equipment and disco package, ensuring all cables are neat and not visible.

Our early set up service is ideal if:

Your require all equipment and disco set up before your wedding breakfast at your venue.

You require use of our equipment for background music during your wedding breakfast.

You wish to avoid disruption to your venue, other suppliers and most importantly you and your guests.

You wish to use our radio microphone systems during the Wedding breakfast for announcements and speeches.

You have booked a LED venue uplighting package and require its use during the day as well as the evening reception.

You want to get the party started straight after the wedding breakfast.

Our uniformed staff will arrive on site and set up all the relevant equipment for your event. We can liaise with other performers and event suppliers and coordinate our set up to work with/around them.

We also have an option of our staff staying on site after the early set up. This is useful if your require a member of our team to operate any of the equipment at your event, monitor and supply the background music on our PA system, manage the use and control of radio microphones for speeches.

Please note the early setup option may not be suitable for some venues where they have to turn the room around after the dinner/meal and re-arrange the layout for evening reception. Clients are advised to check with their venue.
